      Calls all the time claiming to be from UPS or some other delivery company with a package or documents for several employees. I always tell them that I need a call back number, a tracking number, or some other kind of identifier to prove they are who they say they are. This usually gets them excited and they start questioning why I need that. I tell them I will check the directory and if that person works for the company, I will get them to return their call. This usually results in them arguing with me about whether or not that person works here and them telling me to check my global directory, LOL... As if they are my boss or something. I like to make myself as difficult as possible in order to waste their time in hopes that they will no longer call here.
