      A bunch of scammers. Institute of Business Publication hits you with a bogus invoice for some business publications then United Credit and Collections follows it up with collection efforts. Their ploy is that some companies just pay the invoice to get rid of the phone calls. Their info: United Credit and Collections. Phone 607-689-0196 or 607-687-5201 x-102. Either number gets them; its a small operation, 2 or 3 people, probably a boiler shop/back office routine. Their website says theyre located at 63 North Avenue in Oswego, NY. Except there is no 63 North Avenue in Oswego. The names they use are probably bogus too: Kim Wahila Heres their website: http://unitedcreditandcollections.com/ Notice that its not a corporation and theres no registeration by them with NY Secretary of State. Note also that the website has a non-secure page for you - if youre stupid - to pay with a credit card. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
