exactly what was this place 716-748-6208? we got a ring with em had sent to criminal court three weeks later for a check? this happen to anybody else??

I got a call from john curry he said that I had to contact him bec I had a felony against me for fraud of a payday loan and I would be served tomorrow 12-4-10 between 10 and 200 and I would have to go to court he said he is located in NY and I live in north Carolina and they work with a third party law firm and said I had to pay the damn money and shut my mouth and listen that I was in serious trouble

I received a call from this number 1/11 from a Private Investigator named Henry Hill, he was with the fraud department of Brown, Andrews and Scott. He said I had a civil complaint and bad check writing against me. Asked if I had received any papers from the court regarding this matter yet..when I said no he seemed releived. He asked me for money, told me I owed over $1,000, this included attorney fees and wanted to settle the matter today. I explained I was on disability and at that point he told me the company making the complaint would take legal action if something wasnt done..a good faith payment was planned for later that month..asked for a hard copy of the agreement..another call came in stating the agreement was null and void..for those of you on disability..no one can touch your money except the IRS!

GOT A CALL FROM 716-748-6208. At first they told me that I was going to be arrested for a payday loan I took out. I thought this was ridiculous, I hung up. A few days later I was served with paperowork from the sherrifs department to appear in court for charges of a bad check. I spent 4 days in jail (i do have a small history) but still, how is this possible? I alreadys spent 1k on an attorney? has this happened to anyone else? called them back at 716-748-6208 and they sd rthere was nothing they could do it had already gone through
