      They have been calling me for several weeks. I answered the phone the first two times and there was nobody on the line so I started ignoring them. They continued to call and left silent messages that were several minutes long. Finally after a few weeks I answered and there was a human on the line. They had what seemed like a heavy Russian accent. They began asking me some odd questions. Was I registered as an organ donor? Would I ever consider donating my body to science? What was my blood type? Did I have any infectious diseases? Do I travel overseas often?After looking up the number, I found it was from a company called RTI Biologics. Apparently the company has had some recent PR trouble. There was some bad publicity when a shipment of body organs sent to a company they own in Germany turned out to be stolen from the Ukraine. The Ukrainian company also has ties with RTI.
