      This company identifies themselves as Survey USA; they robo-call every few hours repeatedly and are very annoying. Their web site says they conduct various types of "polls", but they offer no way to opt out of their calls on the Web Site and if you call them back, they are never available. While one can imagine they might possibly be legitimate, their failure to offer an opt out is more suggestive of someone with less integrity than one could hope for.
