      They called me 4times, same thing NYS Dept of Health. I blocked them, they still call. My phone hangs up on them after one ring. Still annoying.

I was surprised both by the specificity of the number and the length of time--who has that kind of time. I told them I could not spare the time and they told me they would call back at a more convenient time, but did not ask me what time would be convenient.
