      They have called me several times in the past few years trying to sell me on a plan to reduce my card interest rate. I have asked them to stop calling but have not been able to stop the calls. The occur every few months. When I have inquired further about their company (suspecting it was a scam) they give very vague information. I have even been sworn at, and very often hung up on. I have not sworn at any of the people I have spoken with at the "Card Services" company. They claimed today to be in affiliation with visa and mastercard however it is obviously a scam. I just want the calls to cease.
